Email info@dw-tek.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

3.2 Step 2 – Packaging:
Securely repackage the product in its original packaging. Include the RA number visibly on the exterior.

3.3 Step 3 – Shipping:
Ship the item to the address below. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Refund Processing

  • No deductions for returns due to DragonWell errors (e.g., defective products, incorrect shipments).

5.2 We will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label if the issue is verified as our fault.
