How Self-Pickup Works

Pickup Authorization Rules

  • Self-Pickup: Must present government-issued ID matching order name.

  • Authorized Pickup:

    • Notify Dragon Well in advance via email (info@dw-tek.com) with:

      • Agent’s full name & phone

      • Signed authorization letter

    • Agent must provide original ID and order number.
