The supplied Dragon Well engineering drawing confirms a 6.00 × 6.00 mm body, four SMT electrical terminals, two PCB positioning posts and multiple selectable actuator heights.
The switch operates as a momentary normally-open contact. Terminals 1 and 2 are internally connected on one side of the circuit, while terminals 3 and 4 are internally connected on the opposite side. Pressing the actuator closes the circuit between these two contact groups.
Electrical performance of this 6x6mm SMT tactile switch includes a rating of 50 mA at 12 VDC, maximum contact resistance of 100 mΩ, minimum insulation resistance of 100 MΩ, and dielectric withstand of 250 VAC for one minute. The specified actuator travel is 0.25 ±0.15 mm, while minimum operating life is 100,000 cycles.
Two operating-force options are available. Code 01 specifies 160 ±30 gf, while code 02 specifies 260 ±50 gf. The DW-TS-S060321 family also provides multiple actuator-height configurations from 4.3 mm to 12.0 mm, with actuator diameter varying according to the selected height code.
Construction includes a black PPA actuator and base, a silver-clad stainless-steel spring contact, a brass cover and silver-plated brass retaining/contact components. The 6x6mm SMT tactile switch is supplied in tape-and-reel packaging for automated SMT production and is RoHS compliant.
