Board to board connector is a dual-row surface-mount pin header with a 1.27mm pitch and 2.54mm row spacing, designed for board-to-board signal connections.
The product offers a contact current rating of 2A, voltage resistance up to AC 500V, and operates within a wide temperature range of –40°C to +105°C.
Each contact is made of brass, plated with gold over nickel (Au 0.5µm / Ni 30µm) to ensure excellent corrosion resistance and conductivity.
The housing is made from LCP +30% GF (UL94V-0 flame retardant) material for thermal stability.
Standard layout follows a SQU 0.40 ±0.02mm pin width, with a total installed height of approx. 3.04mm.
This product is RoHS compliant and supports reflow soldering up to 260°C.
