Based on the drawing, this connector features a 6+1 pin structure, including six SIM signal contacts and one card detection switch. This Nano SIM connector 6+1 pin 1.40H SMT uses copper alloy terminals and a stainless steel shell for stable mechanical strength and reliable electrical performance. The housing is made from high-temperature thermoplastic material with UL94V-0 flame rating. The terminal plating includes 50µ” Ni underplating overall, with selectable gold plating on the mating area according to the XX plating code. The shell plating is 50µ” Ni overall with 1µ” Au selective contact area, according to the drawing.
Electrical performance includes 0.5A current rating, 30V voltage rating, 100mΩ maximum contact resistance, 1000MΩ minimum insulation resistance, and 500V AC for 1 minute withstanding voltage. The connector supports 3000 insertion cycles and operates from -40°C to +85°C with 10%–95% RH humidity range. With RoHS compliance and tape reel packaging, it is suitable for high-volume SMT production.
