This PCIe connector adopts a high-temperature LCP housing reinforced with 30% glass fiber material and UL94 V-0 flame retardant performance, ensuring excellent mechanical strength and reliability during assembly and operation. The connector terminals are manufactured from copper alloy with optimized plating performance, including gold plating on the mating contact area and tin plating on the soldering area with nickel underplating for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance.
The integrated latch structure provides additional retention between the connector and mating card, helping maintain a secure connection under vibration or mechanical stress conditions. With a maximum contact resistance of 30mΩ, insulation resistance of 1000MΩ minimum, and dielectric strength of 500V DC for 1 minute, this PCIe 36P connector delivers dependable electrical performance.
